Sessions are led by Tracy, a BASI Comprehensive instructor who shapes every class around the bodies in the room. Whether you're a beginner, rebuilding after injury, restoring functional mobility, or sharpening your game for sport, you'll be guided with care and precision.
We train on top-of-the-range Balanced Body equipment in a calm, safe space. Beginners are genuinely welcome — there's no rushing, no judgement, just good movement at your own pace.
